Proactively Eyeing on Omnichannel Retail

As most brands were dealing with temporary closures and uncertain quarantine conditions, the New Era team were already busy planning on finding and integrating an omnichannel platform to make use of the transitory time window.

The New Era team had considered other several omnichannel platforms before, but it was an opportune moment for the brand to find Omnirio. Citing a need for personalized training and continuous support, the brand found the Omnirio team's "hands-on" approach favorable to their predicament.
